Gmail Batch
Attachment Printer

A personal Chrome extension by Adam Farber

A stack of invoices.
One print job.

Select your emails in Gmail. Combine their PDF attachments into one temporary print file, without opening every invoice separately.

01 / SELECT

Check your emails

In desktop Gmail, select the conversations whose PDF attachments you want to print.

02 / BUILD

Click the printer icon

Choose Build print file. All PDFs in each selected thread are included by default.

03 / PRINT

Print, then close

Review the combined file, use Chrome's print dialog, and close the print tab when finished.

Made for invoice batches

Print all PDFs in a conversation, only the newest email with PDFs, or only the oldest email. If a file cannot be included, the extension identifies its filename and email.

For duplex printing, a blank separator is added between conversations when needed so the next invoice starts on a fresh front side. No separator is added after the last conversation.

Processed in your browser

The extension requests read-only Gmail access to retrieve messages and PDF attachments from your selected conversations. PDF merging and rendering happen locally inside Chrome.

Temporary print data is cleaned up on normal tab close when possible, with additional cleanup checks on subsequent use. Read the privacy policy for storage and cleanup details.

This extension is currently for personal use and is not offered for public installation. It supports PDF attachments in desktop Gmail. Gmail and Chrome are Google products; this extension is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
